General functional diagram

The diagram shows how the main components interface with each other. The panel board

feeds and drives the combustion control board, which during ignition then controls the

blower, the gas valve and the igniter, until it receives the flame detection signal. Similarly,

during shutdown, it simultaneously controls the valve closure and the blower switch-off.

Power Board and Combustion Control Board communicate constantly, exchanging

controls and status messages.
