Siphon

The siphon is made of two pieces (body and cover) made of nylon reinforced with glass

balls and silicone sealed. The siphon is equipped with a safety overflow that

discharges

directly to the outside

(under the oven) in case of clogged drain or reflux from the pipes.

A PT1000 probe is inserted in the siphon that measures the temperature of the drain

water.
