Power schemes
As is evident from the previous diagram, air and gas in the premixed system are drawn
and simultaneously mixed by a fan. It is, therefore, possible, by electronically controlling
the fan rotation speed, to draw more or less mixture in order to obtain a variation of the
gas flow rate and so of the burner power.
We can distinguish 3 distinct power outputs:

Maximum output

: operation at maximum power and blower controlled at maximum
speed, the gas admission circuit is in total vacuum and the valve adjustment does
not cause significant differences. The combustion fully depends on the assembled
nozzle.
•
Transient modulation output: throughout the field, from minimum to maximum, there
is the power modulation in which the panel board controls the number of revolutions
of the blower. Combustion is “good” if both at minimum and at maximum it is “good”.
•
Minimum output: the minimum power is set at 30-40% of the maximum. In this case,
the vacuum created by the blower is reduced and the effect of the valve offset
adjustment becomes preponderant. It is in this output that the correct valve
adjustment becomes fundamental (for details regarding the adjustment gas valve).

In operation with
PLUS
disabled, the oven works with a maximum set to 90%, enable the
PLUS
function in order to use 100% of the power.
Note: the burner is ignited at a power of about 10% higher than the minimum (40-50%).
