Jumping on hands/knees
• Start with low controlled basic jump,
• Fall to your hands, knees and keep
your back straight
• When falling to four, take care, the
height is not important.
Jumping on knees
• Start with low controlled basic jump,
• Fall on your knees, keep your back
straight and keep balance using your
arms
• Jump back to basic position while
swinging your arms up.
Jumping in sitting position
• Fall in flat position into the sitting
position
• Put your hands close to hips
• Using your hands get in upright posi-
tion again
Training plan
Before you try more difficult jumps, you should master the basic ones. On that
ground follow this training plan. Study carefully all safety instructions. Supervising
persons and users as well should inform themselves in detail not only on valid direc-
tives for use of trampolines but also on physical limits of users.
