Warranty conditions
• This trampoline has been produced from high quality materials. All its compo-
nents were checked and no defects were found.
• Warranty is valid for two years from purchase date. Keep all bills and invoices to-
gether with manual. The bill or invoice will be required for lodgement of a claim.
• Claims are governed by Czech Law.
• The warranty covers any material or workmanship defects influencing their func-
tionality.
• After the purchase buyer is under obligation to check whether the packaging or
any part of the product is not damaged. When you find any defect immediately
inform your dealer.
• If the trampoline shows any visible defects which appear immediately after
putting into operation, the buyer is obliged to lodge a claim.
• When you find a defect on trampoline particular part, claim only the defective
one with visibly marked damaged place.
The warranty does not cover
• Wear due to incorrect installation or use or storage eventually.
• Common wear adequate to nature and time of use.
• Defects caused by mechanical damage.
• Defects caused by natural forces.
• Defect caused by use of non-standard means and inconvenient cleaning tools.
• Natural loss of colour stability considering sunlight actuation.
• Deformations incurred due to unsteady or not treated base.
• The construction and stairs are not produced from stainless steel and on that
ground corrosion may appear due to damp conditions. The warranty does not
cover possible corrosion of steel construction and stairs.
