The trampolin is ready
Consult your physician if trampoline activities are safe and convenient for you
before you start to use the trampoline.
Check the trampoline before each use. Pay extra care to the jumping area and
missing or released parts, if any.
• Only 1 person is allowed to jump on the trampoline.
• No saltos, somersaults and rolls are allowed on the trampoline. There is a risk of
serious injury or even death.
• User of the trampoline or supervising person is fully responsible for correct use
of the trampoline by all users.
• If you are not able to provide supervision over the trampoline activities, do not
use it.
• Supervising person answers for placement of safety plaquette which is part of
this manual on the trampoline. Further this person must instruct all persons on
safety rules of movement on the trampoline.
• The supervisor must always be present no matter how old and experienced users
are.
• If you do not use the trampoline, close the safety mesh by the zip-fastener and
clamps and remove the ladder and store it on safe place.
• Maximum weight of the users must not excess the set limits:
for trampolines from 305 to 366 cm = 150 kg
• Failure to observe these rules may result in serious injuries.
• Familiarise yourself with jumping techniques and behaviour of jumping surface.
Have your body under constant control.
• Do not jump intentionally to the safety mesh.
• Do not use clothes with sharp ends and hooks.
• Jump without shoes.Avoid jumps to covers of springs, there is a risk of rupture.
• Do not climb or step on the springs. And Do not jump on the trampoline from
higher places and do not jump from it on the ground.Empty your pockets before
entering the trampoline.
• It is not allowed to have anything in hands or in mouth during jumping.
• Trampoline is intended for adults and kids over 3 years.
• Assist to small kids when entering and climbing down the trampoline.
• Once finished the assembly check whether all the springs are firmly attached in
the frame and whether the mesh safety rope is correctly threaded through and
attached.
• Springs must be covered completely.
• Stability of the trampoline can be increased by placing bags with sand on sup-
port legs.After complete check of the joints jump for approximately 5 minutes in
trampoline centre. Then perform the check again. If everything is OK, the tram-
poline is ready for jumping.
