if the FIR is selected then, the system show the following control
type: High Pass type: Band Pass
type: Low Pass type: imported from external
Is possible to bypass the FIR using the relative check-box “Bypass”, is possible to save the filter to
a file.txt in order to reload it (as External filter) or use it for other applications, is possible to see the
Amplitude and Phase of the FIR loaded (the page to “view only” the plot is the same page used to
import an external FIR).
The FIR Filter type are HP, LP, BP (are internally calculate and dependent from the option taps,
attenuation, window type and cut-off frequency) and External Filter (the user can import a file with
the coefficient of the FIR already calculate with other tools, please see the appendix “Import FIR
Filter” to understand how it is work)
