The second person is outside the aircraft and remains in visual
contact with the person in the pilot’s seat of the aircraft and must
comply with the following:
Engine Start on the Ground: Second Person

Place oneself in front and sideways of aircraft nose,
keep visual contact.

Put on ear protection

Make visiual contact / eye contact

Give Start-signal
Go “OK “-signal
Abort “Stop“-signal

Keep portable fire extinguisher at hand
4.4 Operation in Flight
The operation of the engine in flight shall be performed
according to the aircraft flight manual of the aircraft
manufacturer.
The engine can be accelerated directly to the maximum
rotational speed after engine start. A warming up of the engine
is not necessary.
