6.2 Electrical System

The installation of the different components can be seen on the
wiring diagram below.
The  engine  MD-TJ42  has  no  on-board  generator  and  is
therefore dependent on the operating voltage of the battery. For
this  reason,  the  battery  must  always  be  fully  charged  before
operating the engine. If the operating voltage of the battery falls
below 11.5 V, the engine can no longer be started.
