Normal Operation
The following section contains the operating conditions of the
engine.
REMARK:
The possible operating conditions and functions
of the system will be presented by using an
example of a display unit (LX-JDU) to visualize it.
4.1 Ground (Maintenance) and Pre-flight
Check
Before starting the engine, a pre-flight check (daily check) or
ground start check has to be performed.
How to perform the check can be found in section 7.2.
4.2 Engine Start in Flight
Normal engine starts should be performed in the air. The
maximum indicated airspeed for engine start is
130 km/h
.
