Interpreting the Cycle Printout
10 or 20 cycles of data can tell a lot about the performance of your blender. The following will help you interpret the
data.
A single cycle printout looks like this. If there are more than 6 components in use, each log will have a
continuing section with the additional components directly below the first 6 components.
Example using 4 components:
--------- #073 09/16/2008 03:05:41 Total: 1000.0 ---------
RCPE:0 ID: 223 WKOD:0 OPRT:0 TARE:-0.9 VOLM: On

DEFINITION OF EACH LINE
TOP-OF-CYCLE heading:
--------- #073 09/16/2008 03:05:41 Total: 1000.0 ---------
This line includes: CYCLE count which is a convenient way to keep pages of data in order, like page numbers, the date and time
the cycle was completed, total cycle weight.
Cycle Information line:
RCPE:0 ID: 223 WKOD:0 OPRT:0 TARE:-0.9 VOLM: On
This line includes: Recipe number (if used and assigned at the controller), WSB ID number, Work Order Number (if used and
assigned at controller), Operator Number (if used and assigned at controller), tare weight reading, volumetric mode (on otherwise
not shown). RECIPE, ID, Work Order, and Operator numbers have no bearing on blender operation but aid in identifying this
particular blender, and what job was running.
Cycle Column heading line:
MAT REGR(1) NATU(2) ADDI(3) ADDI(4)
This line is the heading for each column below. They are material types with the hopper number: REGR=Regrind, NATU=Natural,
ADDI=Additive.
DATA LINE 1
:
12.00% 100 1.70% 8.00%
The first line of data below the material type heading is the setting of each component for this cycle.
DATA LINE 2:
FINA R 12.00 100.00 1.70 8.00
This line displays the Final Rate of each component, the percentage / setting of each component.
DATA LINE 3
:
