If power to the analyzer is turned OFF, you can still work with all the UA

functions except performing new blood lead tests.

6.8.1 Archiving Test Results

Results in the main data table can be archived; whereby they will remain on the LeadCare Ultra Blood

Lead Testing System indefinitely. If your LeadCare Ultra Blood Lead Testing System is

NOT

connected

to an LIS, follow steps 1 and 2 to archive your results.

Archiving results achieves the following:

1. Clears the results from the main data table (worklist).

2. Places the results in the “Archived Test View”, an option available on the

View

menu.

Follow These Steps

1. You can archive all test results or select specific results for archival:

•

To archive all test results, select a test in the main data table and then right click on the

desired Sample ID. Select

Archive All Test Results

from the dialog box displayed.

•

To archive selected test results select the test results to be archived by holding down the

Ctrl

key, selecting the desired Sample ID(s) by right clicking on the desired Sample ID(s).

Select

Archive Selected Test Result(s)

from the dialog box displayed.

2. The “Confirm Archived Test(s)” dialog box (Figure 6-7) indicates the number of test results

selected for archival. Click

to archive the desired test(s). The results are now moved to the

Archived Test View.
