6.8.2 Approving Test Results
Test results can be approved either from the main data table (worklist) or from the “Archived Test
View”. If your LeadCare Ultra System is connected to an LIS, use the following steps, steps 1-3, to
approve your test results and to make the results available for access by the LIS.
► Follow These Steps
1. You can approve all test results or select specific results for approval:

To approve all test results select a test in the main data table and then right click on the
desired Sample ID. Select Approve All Test Results from the dialog box displayed.

To approve selected test results select the test results to be approved by holding down the
Ctrl key, selecting the desired Sample ID(s) by right clicking on the desired Sample ID(s).
Select Approve Selected Test Result(s) from the dialog box displayed.
2. The “Confirm Approved Test(s)” dialog box (Figure 6-8) indicates the number of test results
selected for approval. You are reminded that the results will be removed from the worklist;
moved to a published location on disk; and a copy of the data is saved in the archived test
location.
3. Click OK to approve the desired test(s).
