UNLOADING AND ASSEMBLY

STEP 3. REMOVE WHEEL & STEP

ASSEMBLY

a. Remove shipping wire and bolt securing hose

support to shipping frame and remove hose
support.

b. Lay hose support off to the side.

c. Remove the two ¾ in.x16.5 lg. bolts at front

frame beam. Retain for reinstallation.

d. Remove the 1 inch (25.4 mm) pin at the center

link.

e. Remove the four (two per side) carriage bolts at

the rear of the wheel/step assembly.

f. Remove plastic cable tie and shipping wire

securing hose bundles to frame.
