Loosen the two set screws in access hole (A) in the drive
roller hub at the motor end.

Remove two bolts (B) that secure the hydraulic motor to
the arm, and then pull the motor off the roller.

10. Remove bolt (A) at the forward end of the roller, and then
remove the roller from the deck.

Engage the header safety and reel props before working under the header or the reel.

Position the roller in the deck arms, and secure the forward
end with bolt (A) and a washer. Do
NOT
tighten at this time.
2.
Apply SAE multi-purpose grease to the motor shaft,
position the motor on the roller arm, and engage the motor
shaft into the roller.
