Adjust the idler roller distance
(Y)
as follows:
a.
Loosen nut (A) and jam nut (B).
b.
Turn adjuster nut (C).
NOTE:
If the draper does not track at the idler roller end after the
idler roller adjustment, the drive roller is likely not square to
the deck. Adjust the drive roller, and then readjust the idler
roller.

Draper Roller Maintenance
The draper rollers have non-greaseable bearings; however, the external seal should be checked every 200 hours (more
frequently in sandy conditions) to achieve maximum bearing life.
Removing Draper Drive Roller
To remove the drive roller, follow these steps.

1.
Raise the reel fully.
2.
Raise the header fully.
3.
On deck shift headers, position the deck so the drive roller is easily accessible.
4.
Shut down the engine, and remove the key from the ignition.
5.
Engage the header safety props.
6.
Engage the reel safety props. For instructions, refer to
3.10.1 Engaging Reel Safety Props, page 36

Loosen and uncouple the draper. For instructions, refer to
