Enables Attachment Point Detection. A query 
will be sent every 5 seconds to detect a change in 
the address. A response indicates that the user id 
and address information are the same. However, 
if there is a change in the address, all calls will be 
cleared. Attachment Point Change Detection can 
be enabled only if Connectivity Procedure and 
ILMI Protocol fields are enabled.

Enables the ILMI Secure Link Procedure. If a
