Turn the hinged arm, which rests on
the side rail, backwards and connect it
into the other ball bearing hole in the
back post. Remember to put the three
washers onto the bolt, in between the
hinged arm and the ball bearing.
5. Assembling the warp beam and the back beam
Take the brake disk out of Box B and
the warp beam out of Box D. Both are
marked Q.
Slide the brake disk onto the longer
shaft of the warp beam with the side
marked Q facing the beam.
Use the four 5 x 40 mm screws to
attach the disk to the warp beam.
Slide the left back post marked O onto
the shorter shaft of the warp beam and
install this onto the loom. The larger
shaft, protruding from the brake disk,
has to be inserted into the hole in the
right back post.
Let the other back post, the left one,
rest on the lower side rail.
