AL36 NC Alarm!

Description

Barfeed receives the alarm message from lathe during
Auto mode.

Troubleshooting

Please check the following setting and signal.
1.  INTERFACE45: A2 signal logic setup.
2.  INTERFACE49: A2 signal definition.
3.  Interface cable A2

AL37 Servo Drive Alarm

Description

Servo motor or amplifier malfunction

Trouble shooting

1. Open the electric cabinet. Check the error code

shown on the servo amplifier

2. Follow the trouble shooting guide to solve the

problem or contact us for technical support.

3. Press “STOP” button on HMI to clear the alarm.

AL38 Motor Lost Its Reference Point!

Description

1. If the pusher home position switch SQ2 is ON but

the current position of pusher is off more than 20mm
this alarm will be generated.

2. If pusher is at home position (-1.00mm<current

position<1.00mm) but switch SQ2 is OFF this alarm
will be generated.

Troubleshooting

1. Check if the servo motor is defective.

2. Check if switch SQ2 is defective of misadjusted.

3. Press “STOP” button on HMI to clear the alarm and

press backward to bring the pusher to its home
position.
