10. Locate the potentiometer VR2 on LC7900 DC/DC Main Power PCB
11. Adjust the VR2 either in clockwise (for decreasing process) or counterclockwise
(for increasing process) until the output power is approximately 25mW +/- 20%
12. Repeat the same process until the value is reached it and move on to next stage
Calibration the maximum power setting (2000mW)
13. Dial the power setting to 2000mW
Note: Ensure the factor values in 2000mW is at 1.00 since this will affect the
slope linearity of 2000mW range
14. Fire the laser and validate if the meter readout to be /- 20%, then
proceed to next step. Otherwise to next stage (detector calibration)
15. Locate the potentiometer VR1 on LC7900 DC/DC Main Power PCB .
16. Adjust the VR1 either in clockwise (for decreasing process) or counterclockwise
(for increasing process) until the output power is approximately /- 20%
17. Repeat the same process until the value is reached it and move on to next stage
18. Recheck the low range (50mW) again and validate if the meter readout is at
25mW +/-20%
19. Repeat the min and max range over until all the values are met /-20%
