C.  DC Power Supply Module Replacement 

 

 

Removal 

 

1.

 

 Remove the console top covers  

2.

 

 Disconnect all the connections and unscrew all four screws 

3.

 

 Remove  the  DC  /  DC  Main  PCB(s)  and  the  bracket  (if  applicable)  and  settle   

them aside  

                            

Note:    Do  not  remove  any  laser  diode  thick  cablings  due  to  ESD  sensitive 

laser diode  

4.

 

 Disconnect the power supply connector  

5.

 

 Remove the power supply securing screws  

6.

 

  

 

 

 

Note:   Ensure all the power are turned off prior the starting the dissembling 

 

  

 

Installation 

1.

 

Gently reseat the power supply and secure the power supply screws 

2.

 

Reconnect  the  connector  and  reassemble  back  the  DC  /  DC  Main  PCB  and 
verify all the wiring connections carefully prior to power on 

3.

 

Ensure there is no loosen connections and close up the cover top 

4.

 

Power on and validate the system performance refer to section xx on page 
xx.
