Folding the wheelchair
(only if the wheel-
chair has a foldable inner frame)
Removing the backrest from the backrest
frame
1. Lift the left and right knobs (A) of the top
fittings at the same time.
2.
Pull the backrest forward so that the
U profile releases from the backrest
attachment points.
3. Release the knobs of the top fittings.
4. Lift out the backrest.
Removing the seat
1. Pull up the seat at the back.
2. Lift the seat out of the frame.
Removing the legrests
1. Lift the legrest out of the adapter, or
loosen the star knob/ socket screw (B)
that is used to lock the legrest in the
seat frame and remove it by moving it
forward.
Standard side fitted with armrest
1. Unlock the side.
2. Remove the side.
Removing the headrest
(if present)
1. Loosen the star knob (C).
2. Remove the headrest from the adapter.
Backrest tubes
1. Unscrew the socket screws (A) or wing
nuts.
2. Remove the backrest tubes.
Folding
The chair is now ready to be folded.
1. Pull the middle round tube upwards.
2. The chair will fold.
Note:
Ensure that your fingers do not
get caught between the parts of the
frame.
Note:
Ensure that the chair is completely
unfolded before using it.
Note:
Check that all parts are properly
fixed before you sit in your wheelchair.
