2.7.3 Electric starter
1 Removal, Maintenance and Installation

Unscrew the fixing bolt of starting motor.
(Bolt specification M6
×
28 Tightening torque: 8
～
12N.m)

Knocking with a plastic hammer, remove the starting motor.

）
Unscrew bolts of left crankcase cover.
(Tightening torque: 8
～
12N.m)

）
Unscrew bolts of mid gear cover, and remove the cover. Check the O-ring of
cover, replace it if necessary. (Replace the O-ring if it is damaged or creased,
otherwise there will be oil leakage)
