12) Unscrew the bolt of valve cover and remove the valve cover.

Unscrew the plug on the left engine cover and plug of view hole. Rotate the

rotor of magneto until “T” mark on the rotor aligns with the index mark on the

left crankcase cover. In this case, both the intake and exhaust valves are closed.

Adjust the intake/exhaust valve to 0.05

0.02mm, then tighten up the

adjusting nut of valve.

15) Unscrew and remove the bolt M6
