Key parts for checking
Checkpoints
1. Check if any driving part (Bracket Assembly, Bar, Holder) is
locked.
-, Replace any part which is worn out or is locked.
2. Check if the motor operates correctly.
-, If the motor does not operate, replace the motor.
3. Check if the colour of the Micro SW Harness is white and
check whether the Cam assembled at the front end of the
motor presses down the Micro S/W.
-, If the cam cannot press down the Micro S/W due to wear,
replace the cam. If the cam is not worn and it presses down
the Micro S/W, replace the Micro S/W.
1. Check if the DC Motor is locked.
-, Check if the Gear has deviated from its position and the
teeth on the Gear has become worn.
-, If the DC Motor won’t operate, replace the DC Motor.
-, If the Gear is worn, replace the Gear.
2. Check if the Micro S/W operates.
-, Check if the Gear presses down the Micro S/W.
-, Check if the colour of the Micro S/W Harness is black
(normal position).
