A9S mount holder
operation failure
The Main PCB is faulty.
Using a tester, check if the Triac (U11) and/or the resistance are
damaged.
Check the output voltage of the PCB terminal (Motor) - Sealing unit
motor: Check if the AC voltage between No. 1 Pin and No. 5 pin of
No. CN21 Connector is 220V.
- Suction opening and closing hole motor: Check if the AC voltage
between No. 3 pin and No. 6 pin of No. CN21 Connector is 110V.
- Dust canister cover hook release unit motor: Check if the DC voltage
Between No. 17 pin(GND) and No. 7 pin(Sig) of CN30 is 5V.
Replace the Main PCB.
Micro Switch failure
An error message displayed (buzzer sounds and 3 Display LEDs
flash at the same time.)
Replace the Micro Switch/
Connector fastened incorrectly
Check the connector fastening and assembly status.
Reassemble or replace the Connector.
Charging station
operation failure
(The product body
cannot be charged
when it is inserted
into the charging
station.)
The Main PCB is faulty.
Check the output voltage of the battery terminal (29.2V)
(Product body battery: When the battery is removed and the output
voltage is measured within 7 seconds of the product body being
installed)
Check the assembly status of the Connector
and then replace the Main PCB.
Connector fastened incorrectly.
Check the connector fastening and assembly status.
Reassemble or replace the Connector.
The battery terminal is faulty.
Using a tester, check if it is disconnected (Main CN28 and the
charging terminal connection harness).
Replace the Harness or the Duct Assembly.
Charging station
operation failure
(The auxiliary
battery cannot be
charged when it is
inserted.)
The Micro Switch on the auxiliary battery is
faulty.
Check if No. 14 pin and No. 16 pin of CN30 are shorted when the
Micro Switch operates.
Replace the Top Cover Assembly.
The Main PCB is faulty.
Check the output voltage of the battery terminal (29.2V) (Auxiliary
battery: If the Micro Switch operates arbitrarily)
Check the assembly status of the Connector
and then replace the Main PCB.
Connector fastened incorrectly.
Check the connector fastening and assembly status.
Reassemble or replace the Connector.
The battery terminal is faulty.
Using a tester, check if it is disconnected (Main CN28 and the
charging terminal connection harness).
Replace the Harness or replace the Top
Cover Assembly.
