Service Menu
The Service Menu is used by the Technical Service Center to assist customers with common field issues.
To access the Configuration Menu, from the home screen, touch > Service Menu.
Available options
Language
This option sets the display language.
To change this setting:
1.
From the Service Menu, navigate to Language .
2.
Select a language.
3.
Touch Accept to save the setting, or touch to return to the Service Menu without saving any
changes.
SmartSolutions Reset
To perform this procedure:
1.
From the Service Menu, navigate to SmartSolutions Reset .
2.
The printer performs a POR.
Reformat Solutions Partition
To perform this procedure:
1.
From the Service Menu, navigate to Reformat Solutions Partition .
2.
Follow the instructions on the display.
Network SE Menu
This menu contains settings for fine tuning the communication settings for network interfaces and protocols.
To change this setting:
1.
From the Service Menu, navigate to Network SE Menu .
2.
Select a setting.
3.
Touch Accept to save the setting, or touch to return to the Service Menu without saving any
changes.
