6 CONTROL PANEL
6.1 DESCRIPTION
The controller allows to manage the basic functions of a Blast chiller:
• Positive blast chilling or cooling
• Negative blast chilling or deep freezing
• End of blast chilling with core or time-based probe
• Conservation
• Manual defrosting without resistance, without hot gas
By means of a series of parameters it is possible to exclude some functions or change others.
The final user (cook) is allowed to select the type of blast chilling and set the time if the core probe has not
been selected.
Symbols
Compressor LED
When on it indicates that the compressor is running, when flashing it indicates delay or protection.
In select program it indicates low temperature blast chilling.
Fan LED
When on it indicates that the evaporator fans are on, when off it indicates that the fans are off.
Defrost LED.
On indicates defrosting, flashing indicates manual defrosting.
Degrees centigrade LED.
On when the instrument displays the temperature
Degrees Fahrenheit LED.
As above in degrees Fahrenheit
Alarm LED
On indicates alarm active, flashing indicates alarm silenced
Money box LED
On flashing indicates blast chilling in progress
Aux LED
On indicates conservation in progress
