Error code “Err1”: Door lock failure

Models

: WHWF09810M/NM

Description

: One of several conditions related to the doorlock system

Error Trigger Conditions:

INTERLOCK voltage not present at U1:CN2 after doorlock pulse sent OR,

INTERLOCK voltage established and lost during a wash program OR,

INTELOCK voltage present after door unlock pulse sent

Recommend actions:

Use doorlock diagnostic flowchart to determine cause.

Error code “Er1A”: Door lock fail on program start

INTERLOCK voltage not present at U1:CN1 after doorlock pulse sent

Recommend actions:
