Advanced Functions
Upgrade connected IP cameras or restore factory default settings
for cameras under
Camera > Camera > Advanced.
Click
Check
to see if the version of the connected IP camera is up
to date. You may upgrade cameras by cloud (
) or by disk (
)
one by one, or select multiple cameras and then click
Upgrade by
Cloud
or
By Disk
to upgrade cameras in batches.
OSD Configuration
On Screen Display (OSD) are characters displayed with video
images, for example, camera name, date and time, and people
counting statistics.
Click
Camera > OSD; or click
on the preview window toolbar.

Select the desired camera.

Set camera name to display. Enable
Show Name
first, and
set OSD camera name as needed:
If camera name is less than 20 characters, and camera name
and
OSD Camera Name
(i.e., the camera name you want to
overlay on video image) are same:
