Conseils d’utilisation
ATTENTION
,
la cuisson au grilloir est très rapide
surveiller attentivement vos aliments.
Graisser légèrement viandes et poissons avant de
les placer sur la grille coulissante.
Placer et utiliser uniquement le plat lèchefrite sous
la grille afin de récupérer les sucs de cuisson ou
d’éviter tout débordement dans le cas de gratins.
La distance entre l’élément rayonnant du grilloir et
la pièce à griller doit augmenter en fonction de son
épaisseur, pour éviter d’avoir une surface
extérieure trop grillée et un intérieur non cuit.
En mode grilloir, la porte de four doit être
maintenue fermée, sauf lors de l'inspection de la
cuisson.

Useful hints
CAUTION
,
the grill cooks very quickly, always keep
an eye on the food you are cooking
Lightly oil the surface of meat and fish before
placing them on the sliding grid
Only place and use the drip tray under the grid in
order to collect cooking juices and prevent
spillages in the case of food cooked au gratin.
Increase the distance between the heating element of the
grill and the food to be grilled depending on its
thickness in order to avoid overcooking the outer
surface without cooking the inside of the food.
When grilling, the door must be closed and only
opened to inspect the foods and then close again.
