Rear Cover Installation
(See 704 or IPL Figure 1, Item 10)
REAR COVER INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
(1)
Connect the Video Cable (1
−
190) on J4 of the AI PWA (1
−
30) attached to the
Rear Cover (1
−
10) with the receptacle on the MP PWA (1
−
50).
NOTE:
Apply Loctite to all screw installations for the following proced-
ures:

Install four washers (1
−
25) on the four captive screws (1
−
20) on the inside
corners of the rear cover (1
−
10)
(3)
Align the guide on the AI PWA (1
−
30) attached to the Rear Cover (1
−
10) with
the receptacle on the MP PWA (1
−
50).
(4)
Slide rear cover (1
−
10) straight in the rear part of Shielded Housing (1
−
5) until
the AI PWA (1
−
30) and MP PWA (1
−
50) connectors are fully seated.
(5)
Install four captive screws (1
−
20) used to secure the rear cover (1
−
10) to the
rear part of the Shielded Housing (1
−
5). Install two screws (1
−
20) used to se-
cure the rear cover (1
−
10) to the rear part of the Shielded Housing (1
−
5) Install
two screws used to secure the bottom rear cover (1
−
15). Tighten screws to a
torque value of 9
−
10 in./lbs.
