Next, check the adjustment of the left shift rod 

by verifying the neutral lamp is illuminated 

when the shift mode lever (3) is in the “N”. If 

the neutral light does not illuminate in the “N”, 

loosen the locknuts (4) on the ends of the left 

shift rod (5). Rotate the shift rod clockwise or 

counterclockwise until the neutral lamp 

illuminates when the drive mode selector lever 

is in the “N”, then tighten the locknuts firmly.
