8.3.1. Engine oil replacement and oil filter

cleaning

Place the machine on a level place.

Warm up the engine for several minutes and

stop it.

C. Place a container under the engine.

D. Remove the oil fill cap (1) and oil filter cap(2)to

drain the oil.

CAUTION:

Be sure no foreign material enters the crankcase.

CAUTION:

When removing the oil filter cap, the compression

spring, oil strainer and O-ring will fall out. Take

care not to lose these parts.
