The product is not evenly browned
Some differences in the degree of browning are normal for every oven. In general
lower temperatures ensure more even browning. If necessary lower the oven
temperature slightly. On baking with hot air, check that the oven level used tallies
with recommendations in the table. Do not place baking tins or high-rising
products too close to the back wall of the oven.
You have baked on several baking trays, and the products on one
baking tray are lighter than those on the others
Products baked on trays put into the oven at the same time will not always be
ready at the same time. If necessary allow the tray with the lighter products to bake
for a little longer.
