– The oven temperature can be set in 5 °C steps. The temperature range from
which the temperature can be set depends on the respective operating
mode.
– When the switch-on time has been reached, the current oven temperature
will be indicated (or “– – –” if a temperature of 30 °C has not yet been
reached).
Checking/adjusting the oven temperature setting
The oven temperature which has been set can be checked at any time. The
temperature set for the hot-air phase can be adjusted at any time.
• Press the
button.
– In the clear text display “oven temperature” is indicated.
– The oven temperature which has been set blinks during the switch-on time.
– The indicator light at the control dial
blinks.
– During this period the temperature can be adjusted with the
control
dial.
Baking like professionals procedure
he products to be baked are firstly “misted” during the steaming phase.
– In the clear text display, “Baking like professionals steam phase” is indicated.
The oven door will steam up during this phase and it is difficult to see into the
oven.

Depending on the quantity of bread in the oven, the appliance will switch over
automatically to the hot-air phase after a steaming phase of approx. 10 minutes.
– In clear text display, “Baking like professionals Hot air phase” is indicated.
By means of the temperature display, it is possible to see how the
temperature in the oven is rising.
During this switch-over period, a little hot steam may escape
from the ventilation opening.
