Refilling of water on steaming
Switching on the oven
• Press the
button once or more often in order to select the required
operating mode (in the example given “Baking like professionals”).
– The indicator lamp of the selected operating mode is on
.
– In the clear text display “Baking like professionals” is indicated.
– During the switch-on time, the indicating lamp at the control dial blinks
.
– Suggested oven temperature (for baking like professionals 210 °C) blinks
during the switch-on time.
In this case, the suggested temperature is equivalent to the temperature
during the hot-air phase. The temperature for the steam phase is a fixed
setting.
– Should the oven temperature not be adjusted during the switch-on time, the
oven will switch on at the suggested temperature.
• The oven temperature can be selected with the control dial
as long as the
temperature display
and the indicator light of the control dial
are blinking.
(Should the indicator light already have stopped blinking press the
button
lightly.)
– In the clear text display, “oven temperature” will be shown during the
switch-on time.
The contents of the water tank are sufficient for one cooking procedure.
Normally the water does not need to be topped up during operation.
Should, during the steaming process, the water tank need to be refilled and
only a short time remain until the cooking procedure has been completed,
the water tank should not be completely filled up, since the volume of the
water tank may not be sufficient when the water is pumped back.
The water tank must be placed in the appliance and must be filled for all of
the operating modes (apart from “hot air“). The tank must also be placed
in the appliance for the “hot air“ cooking mode too, but it may be empty
and will not have any effect on the baked products
You may choose between five different operating modes which are
described in the section "The operating modes and their application" from
page 21 .
