Setting the core temperature
• Press the
button.
• Set the required core temperature on the
control dial.
– The core temperature to be set depends on the food and how well it is to
be cooked through. Possible settings range from 30 °C and 99 °C and the
setting can be altered in 1 °C-steps.
– The current core temperature is indicated while the food is being cooked.
A temperature of below 30 °C is “– –” indicated on the clear text display.
• Switch on the appliance as usual.
Checking/adjusting the core temperature setting
The core temperature set can be checked or adjusted at any time.
• Press the
button.
– The core temperature set blinks during the switch-on period.
– The indicator light of the button
and the control dial
blink.
– During this period, the temperature can be adjusted by means of the
control dial.
Finishing time
On reaching the core temperature set, the operating mode automatically switches
off.
– A buzzer will sound for one minute.
– “Core temperature reached” is indicated on the clear text display.
– The display
indicates the current core temperature.
• In order to switch off the buzzer, press the
button or open the oven door.
– The latest settings are still maintained for three minutes.
• Should you wish to continue the cooking process, use the control dial
to
set a higher temperature within three minutes and re-start the appliance with
the
button.
• On pressing the
button all settings are deleted.
