Roasting thermometer
The roasting thermometer can be used to measure and monitor the temperature
on the inside of the food being cooked. Once the required temperature has been
reached, the oven heating switches off automatically. Should at the same time a
time setting have been programmed, the roasting thermometer or the core
temperature set is relevant.
If you set the temperature in accordance with the type of food to be cooked and
place the roasting thermometer correctly, you can be sure that your food will be
cooked to perfection.
The roasting thermometer can be used for all of the operating modes.
Only the roasting thermometer supplied with the appliance
may be used. The roasting thermometer may not be rinsed in
a dishwasher.
If you do not remove the food from the oven immediately after it has been
switched off, the core temperature will still rise a little due to the residual
heat. This must be taken into consideration, particularly in the case of meat
dishes.
