HST Proportional Valve (Forward and Reverse)

1. Remove the cover.
2. Disconnect the

2P

connector of the proportional valve (1), (2).

IMPORTANT

• In installing the connector of the proportional valve, pay

attention to the color of the connector to ensure correct
installation.

3. Measure the resistance between terminal

1

(3) and

2

(4).

4. It is OK if the resistance comes to have shown in the table

below.

NOTE

• When replacing the sensor, be sure to adjust the mode "K".

Hi-Lo Solenoid

1. Remove the cover.
2. Disconnect the connector (1).
3. Remove the Hi-Lo solenoid valve assembly.
4. Disassembling the Hi-Lo solenoid valve assembly.
5. Measure the resistance with an ohmmeter across the terminal

on the connector and valve body.

6. It is OK if the resistance comes to have shown in the table

below.

NOTE

• It is not necessary to adjust any kind of mode.
