– Remove the two screws

– Loosen the cylinder head screws

(A/F 14 mm or AH 8 mm) in a
crosswise direction and remove.
NOTE: always replace the cylinder head screws.
– Lift off the cylinder head.
– Remove the cylinder head gasket

and discard.
– Remove the screw

– Carefully pull the cylinder up, hold the piston and remove the
cylinder.
– Remove the piston bolt lock

with a suitable tool and slide the
piston bolt

out of the piston, holding on to the piston.
NOTE:
– Push the piston bolt out with your finger, do not use a tool.
– If you plan to use the piston again, it is advisable to remove the lock
ring on the clutch end.
– Lift off the cylinder base gasket and discard.
