In order to connect the hydraulic hoses (2) correctly, the hydraulic hoses (2) are marked with
numbers or letters.
Hydraulic hoses for connection to a single-acting control unit are marked with a number and the
plus sign (1), e.g. (1+).
For additional explanations, e.g. on the significance of the coloured caps, refer to the label (3).
Depressurise the tractor hydraulics.
Shut down and safeguard the machine,
Clean and dry the connections of the quick couplings.
Opening/closing the hydraulic connection for the tailgate and lifting/lowering the
pick-up
Connect the hydraulic hose (red, 1+) to a single-acting control unit of the tractor.
For changing over between tailgate and pick-up, refer to chapter "Actuating the hydraulic
switching valve",
Hydraulic connection for start of tying (for the "Hydraulic tying start unit"
version)
Connect the hydraulic hose (green, 4+) to a single-acting control unit of the tractor.
Hydraulic connections for start of tying and lifting/lowering pick-up (for the
"Hydraulic tying start unit with additional hydraulic hose line for pick-up"
version)
Connect the hydraulic hose (green, 4+) to a single-acting control unit of the tractor.
Connect the hydraulic hose (yellow, 3+) to a single-acting control unit of the tractor.
