Procedure for initial commissioning
PE
Fig. 38: Check wiring
1.
Tighten all cable glands and check that they are
properly sealed.
2.
Check the fit of connected wires and braids.
3.
Remove any foreign objects (tools, wire cuttings, etc.)
from the inverter.
4.
Install the cover and screw it tight (5 Nm).
5.
Plug the sockets and plugs of the DC strings onto
the inverter.
6.
Activate the supply voltage via the line circuit breaker.
7.
Switch the DC switch of the inverter to ON.
If external DC voltage separators are present, activate
the DC strings consecutively.
P
The screensaver appears on the display and displays
the device type.
8.
The screensaver is deactivated when any key is
pressed twice.
P
The "Language" menu appears on the display.
IMPORTANT
INFORMATION
At least the "Min. input voltage
(U
DCmin
)" must be present for initial
commissioning. The output must
be able to cover the inverter's
self-consumption during initial
commissioning.
IMPORTANT
INFORMATION
If incorrectly assembled, the
screws securing the cover may
seize and destroy the thread inside
the housing. Tighten the cover
screws crosswise and do not fully
tighten them immediately. This will
make the cover more centred on
the housing and prevent the screws
inside the housing from seizing.
INFO
The installation process can vary
depending upon the software version
of the inverter.
