Attaching the Rubber Feet
The rubber feet can be used for the desktop version of the system. Please follow these
steps to attach the rubber feet to the bottom side of the chassis:
WARNING
Before attempting to mount the rubber feet, the system must be
powered-down and the power cord must be disconnected from the
power source.
1. Make sure that all cards are secured into the unit and that the system cover is
installed and secured.
2. Turn the system upside down.
3. Remove the protect foil from the delivered self adhesive rubber feet.
4. Attach the self adhesive rubber feet to the bottom side of the chassis.
Removing the Drive Locking Screws
Before you start up the system for the first time, and before mounting/mounting into an
industrial cabinet, open the system as described in the “Accessing Internal
Components” section and remove the drive locking screws (rackmount and desktop
versions only).
