How many users can remote access
simultaneously?
Up to 6 users can logon to DVR simultaneously.
Install Standalone
HDD fail message appear (HDD 1
failed)
This message only appears when your HDD in Standalone
has not done physical formatted.

In HDD setup the size (GB) is showing
a question mark (?).
Go to “HDD Format/Clear” function. Press “Call” button
to physical format HDD.
FORGOT PASSWORD
Please email us with the serial number which is in “Status”
option.
IR Controller not works.

: Battery in IR remote controller may run out.

: To test out the batter you can point your IR remote
controller to one of your camera and press “Menu” button.
If the batteries aren’t run out you should see the IR
flashing in video.

Manipulate Standalone
With HDD auto overwrite setting the
alarm/ normal recording percentage will
change from 99% to 0%, does this
meant the recorded video is deleted?
0% does not delete all the recorded video. Only the oldest
date video will be overwrite with new video.
How do I start record videos?
The videos will start recording once HDD is successfully
installed and physical formatted.
