II.  Confirmation before installation

1.  For  installation  of  the  Finisher,  refer  to  the

installation procedure for each Finisher type.

2. Machines applicable to each Finisher type are as

follows:
FS-108: 7075, Force75, DP-75
FS-108B/108BM: 7075, 7055/7065, Force75, DP-75
FS-111: 7085
FS-211: 7085
FS106: 7055/7065

III.  Installation procedure for Finisher

[For FS-108/108B/108BM, FS-111/211 Finisher]

1. Detach the Finisher from the main body, if already

installed.

(1)  Turn  the  power  to  the  main  body  OFF,  then

unplug the power cord from the power outlet.

(2)  Remove  the  screws  fixing  the  Finisher  to  the

main body. (TP screw M4x6: 3 pcs.)

(3) Detach the Finisher from the main body.
(4) Disconnect  the  two  connectors  linking  the

Finisher to the main body.

2. Remove the two lock materials and the two lock

tapes from the PU-108.

3. Open the Finisher front door.
4. Install the front-door assembly on the Finisher  front

door.

(1) Loosen the two screws fixing the cover plate on

the Finisher front door, then remove the upper
and lower magnet catcher plates (1 screw for
each) and actuator (2 screws).

(2) Hook the front-door assembly using the screws

of the cover plate on the Finisher front door (2
screws).

(3) Loosen  the  screws  fixing  the  two  magnet

spacers (2 screws for each).

(4) Secure  the  magnet  catcher  plates  using  the

original screws removed (B-tight screw M4x8).

(5) Temporarily secure the actuator (B-tight screw

M3x8).

(6) Install  the  actuator  removed  in  Step  4-(1)  on

the front-door assembly, using the two screws
removed.
