Check Oil Level in Engine Oil Pan, Add Oil
WARNING
Parts and oil are at high temperature immediately after the engine is stopped and may cause serious
burns. Wait for the oil temperature to go down before performing this operation.
REMARK
For details of the method of draining and adding engine oil to machines equipped with a service center (option),
see “Method of Draining, Adding Engine Oil (6-20)“.
1.
Open the door of the power container at the front of the
machine.
2.
Remove dipstick (G), and wipe the oil off with a cloth.
3.
Fully insert dipstick (G) into filler pipe, then remove it.
(Machine of poor fuel arrangement specification)
4.
The oil should be between the H and L marks on dipstick
(G).
If the oil is below the L mark, add engine oil from oil filler
port (F).
When the engine is idling, use the ENGINE IDLING side of
the dipstick and check the H and L marks.
