Ladder lowering switch
This switch (31) is used when lowering the ladder.
REMARK
For details of the method of operating the ladder, see “HAN-
DLING HYDRAULIC LADDER (3-150)“.
Step Light Switch
If these switches (32) or (33) are pressed, step light (C) on top
of the cab and step light (D) at the side of the ladder both light
up.

When this switch is ON and it is released, it immediately
returns to the OFF condition, but the step light continues to
remain lighted up for approx. 90 seconds.
q
Use this switch at night when moving between the ground
and the operator's cab when it is desired to light up the
steps or the passage for a short time.
q
It is possible to light up the step lights even when the start-
ing switch is OFF.
In this case, the light may not light up immediately when
the switch is pressed, so continue to press the switch until
the light lights up (at least 1 second).
REMARK
The above explains the operation when the nighttime mainte-
nance switch is OFF.
