Place a jumper between terminals TB-DC1-7
and TB-DC1-34 of the power supply board.
Does the generator set start and transfer to
the emergency source?
Is there continuity between terminal
TB-DC1-7 of the power supply board and
terminal 3 of the manual transfer switch?
Disconnect the in-line plug. Remove the
ribbon cable between plug P2 of the power
supply board and plug P3 on the logic
board. Check the ribbon cable for any
opens or shorts. Is there an open or short?
Replace the lead from terminal
TB-DC1-7 of the power supply board
to the manual transfer switch.
Replace the ribbon cable between
plug P2 of the power supply board
and plug P3 on the logic board.
Is there continuity between
terminal TB-DC1-34 of the power
supply board and terminal 4 of
the manual transfer switch?
Replace the manual
transfer switch.
Replace the lead from terminal
TB-DC1-34 of the power supply board
to the manual transfer switch.
Is there continuity between pin
P2-1 and terminal TB-DC1-7
of the power supply board?
Replace the power
supply board.
Replace the
logic board.
