Application
configuration

The Picture Saver Scanning System may be configured by modifying
the PrintScan.ini file in the directory specified below for your particular
Windows operating system. You can change the location for the output
TIFF and JPG files (Target_Path) and adjust the folder size for burning
CDs,

Kodak

Picture CDs or DVDs. The maximum folder size can be

changed by specifying a new value for the CDFolderSize,
PCDFolderSize and DVDFolderSize parameters in the PrintScan.ini
file.

A3 and Legal Flatbed scanner rotation may be set using the
FlatbedRotation parameter.

Reversing the order of the photo faceup scans may be enabled/
disabled using the ReverseFaceUp parameter.

The Scan Viewer may be enabled/disabled using the ShowViewer
parameter. The Scan Viewer refresh rate may be slowed down using
the ViewerDelay parameter. This will cause each image to remain
displayed on the screen longer, therefore not all of the images scanned
are displayed.

The width of the fill border can be changed using the FillSize parameter.

The default values for other parameters are preset to optimal values or
set by the Scan Settings screen and generally do not need to be
modified.

Additional guidance for changing specific parameters may be found in
the PrintScan.ini file.
